- Nonconformance will be measured in Parts Per Million (PPM) and we will strive for 0 External PPM and continuous improvement in Internal PPM each reporting period.
- Delivery will be measured as a percentage of on-time shipments to customer promise dates and management has established our goal at 100% on time.
- We will choose and monitor our suppliers carefully and our goal is to utilize only those suppliers with a history of superior quality, environmental responsibility, delivery and service.
- We will provide a safe environment for all employees with the goal of zero lost-time accidents through proactive safety strategies and continuous improvement efforts.
- We recognize the value of employee enrichment and we will build and maintain this through a robust organizational training and development program.
